Petrol Marketers will bypass the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and buy Petrol directly from the Dangote Refinery. The Federal Government gave the directive authorizing petroleum marketers to lift petrol directly from the Dangote refinery.

The statement was released on Friday, by the minister of Finance, Wale Edun. He provided an update on the launch of crude purchases and the sale of products in naira transactions.

This directive has confirms the speculation that NNPC will no longer be the exclusive off-taker of Dangote’s fuel.
