The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the nominees for the 2025 CAF Awards. Here are some of the notable nominees.

Women’s Player of the Year*: Rasheedat Ajibade, Esther Okoronkwo, Portia Boakye, Tabitha Chawinga, and Barbra Banda

• Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year: Chiamaka Nnadozie, Chloe N’Gazi, Sedilame Boseja, and Khadija Er-Rmichi
• Women’s Young Player of the Year: Shakirat Moshood, Habiba Essam, and Doha El Madani
• Women’s Club of the Year: Bayelsa Queens FC, Mamelodi Sundowns, and TP Mazembe
• Women’s National Team of the Year: Nigeria U17, Nigeria Super Falcons, and Morocco
• Coach of the Year (Women): Justine Madugu, Bankole Olowookere, and Adelaide Koudougnon

These nominees showcase exceptional talent and achievements in African football. The awards ceremony will take place later this year, celebrating outstanding performances and milestones in the sport.
